Yes. If you need to cancel your membership, call Customer Service at (833) 552-0869. Our Representatives can be reached 7 days a week between the following business hours:

Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM EST
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM EST
Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM EST

To help make the process a smooth one, we recommend having your Member ID, first & last name, and email/address at the ready. You will have no future charges after cancelling your membership.

Important: You must call in and speak with a Customer Service Representative to cancel your membership. Customers who are California residents, and where otherwise required by law, will have additional options for cancelling as detailed in the customer portal. That can be accessed by signing in to your customer account. Once your membership has been cancelled, we are not able to offer any refunds or prorated refunds.

The member portal page will provide access to the portal dashboard--from there you can scroll through all our listed benefits. Login credentials and additional important information concerning your new membership are included in the new member email.

The new member welcome email is automatically sent out to the email you signed up with, and should show up within 24 hours. Try checking your spam/junk folder as well. You may even want to add to your list of trusted email addresses to ensure you get all our emails right away.
